Terms and Policies
YEARLY REGISTRATION FEE
$15 per Student (upon each enrollment) is required for monthly class enrollment. Parties, Open Gyms, Friday Night Live and camps do not require a registration fee. This yearly registration fee is non-refundable and due a year from original registration date.
MONTHLY TUITION PROCESSING
Monthly tuition is due by the 1st of the month. If your Family is on autopay, you will be charged on the first business day of the month.
PAYMENT METHODS
Autopay Credit or Debit Card – Funds are automatically processed on member’s credit or debit card on the 1 st of the month. Self-Pay Cash, Check or Credit Card – Members may pay using cash, check or credit card by the 1 st of the month. Payment can be made either online or at the gym. Members with an amount due after the 10 th will incur a $10 late fee.
LATE FEES
Tuition paid after the 1st of the month will incur a $10 late fee. Members paying through autopay never pay late fees, unless the transaction is declined and balance is not brought up to date.
MAKEUP POLICY
If your child misses a regularly scheduled class, you may schedule a make-up class. ALL make-up classes must be scheduled in advance and through the office. Make-ups are reservation ONLY. Make-Up Classes must be scheduled after the class is missed.
A missed scheduled make-up class is not eligible to be re-made-up.
Students are eligible for make-up classes as long as they are current in tuition and currently enrolled in a class at Ready Flip Go. If you drop from the program, your child forfeits any make-up classes. A make-up can be scheduled in a class that has availability. If a make-up cannot be scheduled during another class you can always convert make-ups for Camps, Open Play or Drop-N-Shop. Make-ups cannot be transferred to siblings to use for drop-in classes or make-ups. There are no refunds for missed classes.
Ready Flip Go is closed all major holidays. We follow ‘pretty close' to the HISD school calendar. Reminder emails are sent with holiday hours and closures. In the event of inclimate weather, we will follow HISD closures. If you have a regularly scheduled class on a holiday, we do allow make-up classes to be scheduled. FULL tuition is due every month. We do not pro-rate tuition for holiday closures due to our lenient make-up policy.
Absences/Make-ups will expire after six months from the date of the missed class.
CAMPS
Ready Flip Go holds 10-week long camps during the summer break and daily during winter/holiday break. We may also hold camps throughout the year for special occasions.
You do not need to be a member of Ready Flip Go to participate in our camps.
Age requirements are 3yrs old (fully potty trained) on up.
Camps are weekly, Monday-Thursday.
Cost is $220 per week. There is a sibling discount of 10%.
A non refundable deposit of $60 per week, per child is required at the time of booking for summer camp and must be fully paid by June 1. All other camps must be paid at time of sign up. Additional payments can be made as long as the fee is paid off by June 1st. All other camps must be paid in full at time of sign up.
*For missed camp days, we must be notified beforehand by phone call or email. We will reschedule accordingly. If a scheduled camp day is missed and we are not notified, we cannot reschedule and credits or refunds will not be given.
CLASS WITHDRAWALS
Members wishing to drop Students from gymnastics classes must notify Ready Flip Go prior to the first day of the month, either by email, phone, or text (email is preferred). Members dropping students from class prior to the first business day of the month will not be charged for tuition. Members dropping Students from class after the first business day or on the first business day of the month will be issued a credit to be used for other services ReadyFlipGo provides.
48 CLASSES PER YEAR
ReadyFlipGo guarantees an average of 4 lessons per month over a 12-month period. Most months have four lessons. Some months have five lessons, and very few have three lessons. Most gymnasts actually receive 50 lessons per year if they attend every week.
WHAT TO WEAR
Boys and Girls may wear tucked in t-shirts and shorts. Girls may wear leotards. All should be barefoot while in class. Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that it stays up for the entire workout. No chewing gum or jewelry are allowed. Personal items should be left in cubby holes. ReadyFlipGo will not be responsible for any items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your Gymnast’s personal items are marked with their name.
MEDIA RELEASE AND CONSENT
At times ReadyFlipGo will take pictures or videos to post on our social media sites. When this happens, we will get consent from each parent. If you wish for your student to not be recorded or photographed you can fill out an opt-out form at the front desk.
